From maximizing innovation performance of teams to facilitating transformation, culture change and new work in large, multi-national company
In 2018 I received my PHD from the University of Göttingen after four years of work and research at the Georg-Elias-Müller-Institut für Psychology. My research was focused on how to maximize the innovation performance of groups. It’s basically where the idea fisher logo came from (read the Story about the idea fisher).
After that I joined a large multinational company as change and culture, organizational development consultant. Since 2018, I have facilitated everything from:
- Loop Approach Journeys
- Strategy Development
- Cross-divisonal collaboration
- Performance & Talent Reviews
- Conflict Resolution
- Innovation & Design Thinking
- Keynotes, Townhalls, All-employee livestream
- Leadership Workshops
- Podcasts
- etc.
The six years I have become known as a highly effective facilitator, driving the outcomes of workshops and bringing the NEW and EXCITING stuff into workshop facilitation.
From Board members to SVP & VP level, to operations, I love to work with all the teams!
